How do I clean my Yogibo cover?
Maintenance is easy. Simply unzip the outer cover and machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat to restore the fabric's elasticity.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 14-day return window for all items in new condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Yogibo furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering the seams and zippers of the covers. This ensures your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take for large furniture?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Since our products are large, they are shipped via ground carriers, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Will I ever need to refill my Yogibo?
Over time and with heavy use, the EPS beads may compress. We sell refill beads on our website so you can easily top off your Yogibo and bring it back to its original firmness.
