We want you to be completely satisfied with your comfort journey, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all Yogibo products in their original condition. Please note that due to the nature of our bean bag furniture, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack with Care
Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition; items that have been exposed to smoke, pets, or outdoor elements may not be eligible for a full refund.
Ship the Product
Affix your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee for large furniture items.
